HURRICANE (II)

In the 1973 the Triumph-BSA was really near to collapse.
Nevertheless, like a tail shot, Craig Vetter was entitled to restyle completely  the rocket III.
This was the result of the job of this genial designer.

Just before to sink, the Triumph was signing its last iconic success in the motrocycle world.

A part the Glory fo the past...
The question is: "When Thriumph will launch again a 3-cylinder modern classic" on the market ?

HURRICANE (I)

The 17th June of 1966 at 2.30 a.m. several shots explode in the night, in a bar named Lafayette.
From that moment the life of Rubin "Hurricane" Carter changed dramatically.

SILVER's SURFER BIKE

This time I want to talk about the bike of a friend.

Even if we never met face by face, I can call him a friend, because we share the same passion and the same taste.

This is the first Bonneville that I have seen that really caught my fantasy.
She looks so lunar and fast, melanchonic and orginal at the same time...
More than I could imagine it was possible to do with a Bonneville.

So my compliments to Enrico.

Just some technics:

Tank in aluminium from TABaker, side panels and battery tray with double bottom for recovering oil vapors  home-made & in aluminum, the engine intake ducts satin, the exhaust pipes polished, light lowered head and rectified valves

She's a Lady

Thanks Enrico
